1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use define the rules of operation of the Whipparts online store, as well as the rights and obligations of its users.
By using the whipparts.com website, you accept these Terms.

2. Use of the Store

The user undertakes to use the store in accordance with applicable law, social norms, and these regulations.
It is forbidden to:

take actions that disrupt the operation of the store,
use the store in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

The store operates 24/7; however, Whipparts reserves the right to implement technical breaks.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the whipparts.com website.
By placing an order, a sales agreement is concluded between the customer and the store.
Providing true and complete contact and address details is a necessary condition for order fulfillment.
Whipparts may refuse to fulfill an order in the event of:
incorrect data provided,
unavailability of goods,
customer behavior contrary to the regulations.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
The customer can choose one of the available payment methods presented in the store.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order may be canceled.

5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Order fulfillment times are specified individually in the product description or during the ordering process.
Deliveries are carried out by external courier companies.
The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The rules for returns are defined in a separate document: Return Policy. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the requirements described in the return policy are met.

7. Complaints and Warranty

Whipparts is liable for physical and legal defects of the goods under warranty in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Liability

Whipparts is not liable for:
damages resulting from improper assembly/installation of car parts,
consequences of using parts in a manner inconsistent with their intended use,
store operation interruptions beyond the administrator's control.

Product information is illustrative and may not cover all specific applications for a given vehicle model.

9. User Account

The user has the option to create an account, which allows viewing order history.
The account can be deleted at the user's request.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

10. Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations.
Detailed rules for data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

11. Final Provisions

Whipparts reserves the right to change the Terms of Service. Customers will be informed about changes via the website.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
Using the store implies acceptance of the current version of the regulations.
