Diaphragm replacement instructions: Remove the engine cover and unscrew the cooler regulator (diaphragm valve) - it is secured with 2 screws. Detach the housing with a flat screwdriver. Unscrew the diaphragm with a 10 mm wrench. Clean the housing and replace the diaphragm. Assemble in reverse order.
