All-season, low-expansion

K2 FILO® mounting foam is a low-expansion, all-season gun-applied foam with a wide range of applications. Its innovative formula with K2NANOTECH® ensures a high degree of adhesion to PVC, aluminum, wood, polystyrene, steel, concrete, plaster, stone, etc.

It is perfect for installing window and door frames, soundproofing, and filling empty spaces during the installation of windowsills, stairs, pipe and cable passages, shower trays, flush-mounted boxes, etc.

K2 FILO® low-expansion foam has ITB approval and is marked with the "B" construction sign.

Thanks to its innovative properties, K2 FILO® gun-applied foam was awarded a silver medal at the iENA Trade Fair for Innovations and Inventions in Nuremberg.

Properties:

• low expansion – foam expansion at 48.5%
• very good thermal insulation (λ) 0.036 [W/mK]
• all-season – wide operating temperature range -10 / +30 [°C]
• excellent adhesion to PVC, aluminum, wood, polystyrene, steel, concrete, plaster, stone, etc.
• uniform structure – greater resistance to deformation
• good compressive strength
• once cured, the foam can be cut, trimmed, sanded, and painted

Storage: Store in original packaging, in an upright position (valve upwards), in a dry place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C. Expiry date on the bottom of the packaging.
