K2 Plastipox two-component plastic adhesive is 10 mm thick. It begins to bond after 7 minutes. The bonded item can be moved after 15 minutes, after 2 hours the bond achieves 75% strength, and full curing occurs after 24 hours. Color - milky.
At lower temperatures, the bonding time may be extended. A fully bonded joint withstands: from -55°C to +120°C. The compressive strength of the joint is up to 305 kg/cm2.
K2 Plastipox is offered in syringe form. The innovative syringe applicator guarantees easy use and optimal dosing of both components simultaneously. The sealed syringe protects the product from drying out, so the adhesive retains its properties for a long time after opening and does not dry out.
Does not bond materials made of polyethylene PE and polypropylene PP.
